I'm Sammy, the creator, producer and host of Passion Pod. I am also 21 years old, from NYC, a Junior at the University of Michigan, severely allergic to tree nuts, and dependent on melatonin to sleep. I love music, I love my family, and I love storytelling. I made this podcast in the midst of the pandemic, a time overwhelmed by burnout, uncertainty, and anxiety. When given the opportunity to work on any project of my choosing for a Writing class, I decided to do something that might combat some of the negativity that the pandemic has brought on.

I hope that each episode can serve as a small dose of energy — to be refreshing, engaging, and informative. As the world continues to combat COVID-19, we must remember the little (often random) things that bring us joy.
